GlobaLocal LIVING ENVIROMENT

In collaboration with Rothfuss

Exploring the living environment from the global to the community scale in relation to the law of conservation of energy.

Law of conservation of energy/global strategies

Utilization of typhoon/ wind energy

Incorporation of tidal energy

City as solar farm

Community as energy farm

Providing a skeletal frame work for what could be approached, developed and realized, it suggests analysis of the known factors of our planet e.g. wind, tidal, solar... etc. and interweaves as well as transforming these known energies as natural building materials into the components of constructing a community, for example utilizing the situation of typhoon to collect wind energy. It covers different age groups in relation to respective social, cultural and environmental needs, paving the way for equilibrium between different type of energies and community. This project does not offer one to one technical solutions. Instead it sets parameters for solutions as an alternative to our present understanding of energy. It starts a dialog on promoting the idea of new energy efficient community.
