We are commissioned to RIBA stage D, detailed proposals to detail design a “Beautique“ project, specifically for the honeymoon market. We had been involved with site selection, advising on the selection of a local architect and other consultants.

It required master planning which includes:

50 Five-Star Villas, 78 en-suite room hotel and communal facilities: landscape, lobby, swimming pool, spa, gym etc… on a 200m long beach side cliff area with a topographical variation of 45m from beach to the top of the hill.

Site area:                            78,000 sqm

Construction cost:              US$ 34 million

Construction is to be completed in 2008.
